We believe that...
All children deserve quality learning and individual learning experiences. Relationships with caring parents, caregivers, and their peers are key. Children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and secure.

Summer Weekend Grocery Bags
Trinity Episcopal Church in Castine sponsors weekend grocery bags for our daycare families during the summer months when grocery bills increase due to schools' summer vacation.
Summercamp Mentorship
Since 2018 H.O.M.E. has collaborated with area organizations to create a summer mentor program designed for children staying in our homeless shelters as well as children living in low-income households.
Shelter Guest Care
H.O.M.E. Daycare provides a subsidy, when funds are available, for the care of the children of our shelter guests. This allows guests to attend appointments and view apartments knowing their children are being well cared for.
